Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-2026 school year
If your child is five years of age on or before September 1, 2025, your child is eligible to enter Kindergarten at the start of the 2025-2026 school year in the Mount Union Area School District. Kindergarten registration is by appointment only and the on-line student enrollment must be completed prior to your child’s registration appointment. Please call Mrs. Brown at 814-542-2518, option 2, to register your child for an appointment. The district will be scheduling appointments for your child on the following dates and times at the Kistler Elementary School:
Wednesday, April 9, 2025, and Thursday, April 10, 2025
Appointments times every half hour from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
***PLEASE NOTE: The on-line enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will be available starting March 17, 2025.
Please go to www.muasd.org. Click on the Enrollment tab. Click on 2025-2026 school year.
If you do not have an account where you previously enrolled a student(s) you will need to create an account. Once you have the account created you will log in and complete the registration forms.
You will need to upload the child’s birth certificate, child’s immunizations, and parent/guardian’s proof of residency (lease agreement, mortgage statement, electric bill, or notarized affidavit). If you submit before you upload your document(s) you will need to email those documents to pbrown@muasd.org, or fax to 814-542-4355, or bring to your scheduled appointment. If you have any other additional data (court orders, guardianship papers, etc.) for your child please email or fax those documents.
